AlienGram

AlienGram is an interactive social media web application for users to post, chat, like, and submit transmissions to other users posts. With this application we have enabled people of all walks of life to share their extraterrestrial experiences and see the most recent ET sightings on a map.

While with Deep Dive I learned how to develop and maintain beautiful, responsive, and functional websites. I became familiar with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap4, React, UX/UI, Data Design. I am also familiar with Git version control and how to manage, collaborate, and share my projects using GitHub.

While being an independent contractor with DoorDash I was able to practice and refine my customer service skills. I also had to practice communication, time-management, and attention to detail to ensure all of my customers were satisfied.

United States Marine Corps

While in the Marine Corps I was appointed to and held the billets of Quality Control Non-Commissioned Officer, Layettes NCO, and Modifications NCO. I also briefly held the Staff Non-Commissioned Officer billet of Maintenance Chief. While serving in these billets I executed duties including but not limited to; ensuring that equipment was properly maintained, deficiencies were corrected, and ready at a moments notice to support operations for surrounding units. Managing records, service history, and ensured that proper reporting of pertinent information to supervisors and HQ Marine Corps. Educating Marines on proper practices of records keeping, parts management, equipment maintenance, and quality control procedures according to orders and policies.
